Salisbury University Arboretum

If you are looking for a peaceful afternoon among beautiful blooming flowers on an idyllic college campus, then you will want to visit the Salisbury University Arboretum. Salisbury University began their collection in 1985 and gained Arboretum status from the American Public Gardens Association in 1988. The campus is a bit of a drive from the Fenwick Inn, about 45 minutes each way, but all of the fantastic plant life and sculptures in the Arboretum are well worth the drive. Once you arrive at Salisbury University, you are immediately treated to a well maintained garden facility that is sure to leave you feeling calm and peaceful.
