Look, up in the sky. It’s a bird, it’s a plane…. it’s, wait… it actually is a plane! In fact, on June 13th-14th at the Ocean City Air Show, there will be a variety of planes performing incredible aerial acrobatics to delight the crowd. All of the fun takes place at the beach and boardwalk of Ocean City which is less than 30 minutes (accounting for traffic) from the Fenwick Inn. Of course, the stars of the show are the United States Air Force Thunderbirds who are the confirmed headliners. The OC Air Show will also be fortunate to feature the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter who, together with the P-51 Mustang, will demonstrate the rich past and promising history of the Air Force. Lastly, there will be a flyover of the C-17 Globemaster III on Saturday to show off the most dynamic cargo aircraft in the United States fleet. This exciting event is extremely popular, so you may want to get your tickets in advance!
